Juliusz Chroboczek is the author of DarcsGit, of vc-darcs.el and of Polipo. He has a few public darcs repos.
He used to be in charge of the darcs-unstable branch (EricKow has thankfully taken over, and is much better at that job), and used to be somewhat particular about patches.
