Repository formats discussion

What should we do for Darcs 2.8 with regards to the old-fashioned (OF) repositories ?

Different options:

• Keeping full OF support
• Keeping all read-only support
• Keeping only darcs optimize --upgrade support

The devil is in the details, there are in fact much more than 3 options, we will probably discuss the behaviour of each command.
